Basic Drawing & Illustration, ages 8-12


Ages 8-12. In this introduction to illustrative drawing, students will work with artist Chris Seubert as they learn about materials, drawing techniques, facial expressions, exaggeration, color use, spacial relationships, and conceptual ideas. Graphite, color pencil, and other drawing materials will be explored.

Product Description

Chris Seubert has participated in group exhibitions at numerous museums and galleries and has appeared in American Artist Magazine. He is a Fine Arts Educator, Program Coordinator of Academic Travel, and President of the Adjunct Faculty Association at SUNY Ulster Community College.  Apart from his work with Mill Street Loft (The Art Effect), Chris teaches at SUNY Ulster Community College, the Woodstock School of Art and has lead study abroad programs to Europe.
