The charming two-story Parish Hall and surrounding grounds play host to a wide range of expressive arts activities where campers can explore, discover, create, & make new friends.
Session 1: M-F, July 24 – July 28, 2017
Our theme this week is “Wind & Sea”! Sail away in a sea of color, movement & sound; or take to the sky as we explore the wonderful world of art Construct a kite, paint a seascape, mold in clay, dance and drum! Discover images in the sky as you embark your artistic quest.
Session 2: M-F, July 31 – August 4, 2017
Our theme this week is “Land of Imagination”! Enter a realm of imagination and possibility. Free yourself to create from the depths of your inner artist. Explore, experiment, take risks. Our creative artists will guide you as you explore the landscape of your imagination.

DAC Red Hook Director, Brian Reid
Brian has worked with Dutchess Arts Camp since 1992. He has been an artist and counselor with the youngest campers through many of those years, specializing in age appropriate projects in paper marbling, stained glass and kite making. Brian has taught kindergarten through third grade for the past 28 years at Poughkeepsie Day School. This is his ninth year as director of DAC in Red Hook.

To register multiple children, please complete a full registration for each child separately. We require a medical release form be filled for each child.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Registration requires a non-refundable $100.00 deposit for each week per child. Balances are due by June 20th. There are no refunds after June 20th.
Online system allows for full payments only. To make a deposit payment, please send in your registration by check or call the office for payment by credit card.
All registrations after June 20th must be paid in full.
A $20.00 administrative fee will be charged for all registration changes after June 20th or for not submitting a Medical Release Form prior to the start of camp.
No reduction of camp fees can be made for missed days/weeks due to camper’s absence.
