Turkish Marbling Workshop

$55.00$60.00

Turkish Marbling is a magical ancient art created by dropping watercolors onto a thickened size in a tray, and creating an image and then picking up the image onto paper, appreciated as art in itself, or as papers for bookbinding, cards, calligraphy or as backdrops for drawings. Students will learn how to prepare the size and the colors, and how to make designs both original and traditional. Bring a lunch or something to share and a notebook! Testing your own paper will be welcome as well.
