The National Art Honor Society of The Art Institute of Mill Street Loft is presenting its 1st annual juried high school visual arts exhibition open to all high school students grades 9 – 12 in the Hudson Valley at the Mill Street Loft Gallery in Poughkeepsie.
Exhibition dates: May 15 — June 12, 2010
Entry Deadline: April 22, 2010, 5pm
Notification of acceptance: April 29, 2010
Accepted work due by: May 10, 2010, 5pm
Submission procedure
Send digital (jpeg) images on CD or USB drive (No powerpoint), 35 mm slides (no glass or adhesive labels) or photographic prints (5 x 7 or larger). No borrowed work, even in part, will be accepted. Please indicate clearly the following: Name of Artist, Title, Medium, Dimensions, Top (please indicate top of artwork for viewing if sending slides). Send with registration form to:

Works may be submitted in the following categories: Drawing, Painting, 3-D/Sculpture, & Digital.
Entry Fee
$15.00 entry fee includes up to 3 entries. 2 additional entries will be accepted for $3.00 each. Artists may submit a maximum of 5 pieces in any one or combination of categories. Completed entry form and submissions must arrive to Mill Street Loft no later than April 22, 2010, by 5pm to
be considered.
Awards
A number of cash awards and other prizes will be given to accepted entrants who demonstrate exceptional ability, originality, mastery of the medium and/or creativity as determined by the jury.
