The program, completely run by professional artists, stresses skills and creative development in drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography.
Portfolio Day will give students the opportunity to meet with college representatives from the most prestigious schools in our nation and to have their portfolios reviewed by these same schools. Students should bring 15 – 20 examples of original, recent art work. This event is centrally located in Poughkeepsie, New York, half way between New York City and Albany overlooking the Hudson River.
Student reviews will be from 4:00 pm — 8:00 pm, and admission is FREE for all high school students, teachers, and parents.
Mill Street Loft and the Art Institute hope that you will be able to participate in this year’s portfolio day.
